Bobby Jay Stick And Stack Are Alive is a book about a middle school boy named Bobby Jay who has to write a short story During the book Bobby Jay is framed for tagging the school with his pictures that he has drawn for his short story The poor kid finds his way in the crosshair s of being disciplined when an unlikely teacher begins to take his sideA great deal of this story relates well in life especially the interaction of boys and girls and how they first begin to display affection through teasing each other during the middle school years Also the book relates well to many kids who are often finding their way into trouble as they figure out who they are Children will be able to relate directly with this story and follow along with a sense of understanding The pictures throughout the story help depict what is happening in the text and further help the reader understand I would reccomend this story to children in the 5th and 6th grade range because i feel it relates well to that time of a childs life and how teasing and bullying become big problems
